Late Cancel - No Show Policy.

Things happen, as we all know. We are, after all, human beings. All we ask is that our current and prospective clients follow our policy. To avoid being charged a fee, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your booked appointment time.

You can only cancel or reschedule your appointment via our online booking system within the specified time range. You will be charged a late cancel or no show fee if you have to contact to cancel during the late cancel time window. The price is equal to half of the entire cost of the service.

Please do not text or email us at the last minute to cancel your appointment. Our time, like yours, is valuable, and someone else is waiting to be serenaded.

No show, no more appointments, no exceptions.

Covid-19 Policy

Aside from making you look and feel gorgeous, our health, as well as yours, is our top priority. Even if you've been vaccinated, you must wear a mask for the duration of your visit. You may be asked to take your temperature and wash your hands with hand sanitizer at the moment of entry.

We ask that you reschedule your visit if you are having any COVID-19-like symptoms, but please follow our cancellation policy.

No Extra Guest Policy

We have a strict no-additional-guests policy. No one is permitted to enter the salon unless they are being serviced. We respectfully request that you do not bring any additional guests to your session. You will not be serviced, will be charged a late fee, and will be asked to reschedule and leave if you do so. Thank you for being considerate of our personal space.

Turn away Policy

We have the right to refuse service to any customer or client that we believe is not the greatest fit for us.
